Sandy’s Downtown Grille, a favorite haunt of locals, has earned a reputation for providing some of the finest food in downtown Franklin.

The restaurant, which opened on March 5, 2002, is located on the corner of Main Street and 4th Avenue in the Harrison Building (circa 1899). It was once the site of the well-known Bennett Campbell Hardware Store. The building, which belongs to the National Registry of Historic Places, won the 1986 Heritage Foundation Preservation and Restoration Award of Excellence.

Sandy’s Downtown Grille is committed to excellence in service and cuisine. All menu items are prepared from scratch in-house daily, using only fresh, high-quality produce, meat, and seafood, and serving a combination of both simple and complex tastes.
