“No event should be the same, and it should be all about you! Whether it’s a big marrying-your-boo day, doing popup concerts, or creating branded experiences for employees, we’ve got you covered,” says Brittany Olsen, owner and event director of Studio B Consulting.

Studio B was born during 2020 when this Nashville native decided to anchor her international event producer expertise from Music City. Brittany actually started her career in Nashville, handling weddings, corporate/social functions and music industry events. She then worked for an event agency based in the United Kingdom, and traveled the globe to produce events.

By partnering with wedding and event coordinator Emily Osborn, the duo now plans and manages:

  • Destination Coordination
  • Travel
  • Venue Sourcing/Negotiation
  • Hotel Negotiations
  • VIP Experiences
  • Event Design/Development
  • On-Site Coordination
  • Meeting Planning
  • Brand Integration
  • Rentals and Vendor Sourcing/Coordination
  • Floor Plan Design
  • Budget Management
  • Staging
  • Security/Staffing
  • Entertainment
  • Transportation Management
  • Wedding Concept/Design
  • Wedding Venue Sourcing
  • Reception Coordination
  • Rehearsal Dinner Coordination
  • Rentals and Vendor Sourcing/Coordination
  • Wedding Day Timeline
  • Budget Management
  • Tenting

“We create tailor-made, intentionally curated experiences. There are no borders and we know no limits. We’re doers. Creators. And memory-makers. We’re relationship people who are in it for the long-haul,” says Brittany.

She says event specialists are naturally used to adjusting and making last-minute decisions, so the pivoting often required by current pandemic conditions can be done calmly and smartly. In fact, she says Studio B has added “COVID Compliance Management” to their services, which includes on-site testing and contact tracing.

“We believe hybrid events that combine in-person with virtual options will remain, as we’re all mindful of others health concerns,” says Brittany.

Adding style to parties starts with determining the intended mood desired at any event, Brittany explains. “Every company, couple or group has its own identity. We shape what experience event attendees have, from beginning to conclusion, regarding how they feel and what they see, taste, smell and hear.”
