With 17 #1 hits, numerous awards and accolades, Mickey Gilley is a true country legend. A show packed with singers, comedy and hit songs.
Mickey Gilley has been entertaining his audiences for decades with his many hits that topped country charts and created the urban cowboy craze. His famous Gilley’s Club was featured in the movie, Urban Cowboy, and upon the movie’s release Urban Cowboy became a phenomenon. The soundtrack featured many popular artists including the huge hit by Mickey, “Stand By Me”, which went platinum and made Gilley a household name. This led to GRAMMY awards, and he was even awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, while also performing for two presidents throughout his career.
