Senior Trip to Federal Reserve in Nashville

Williamson County Parks and Recreation’s Senior Division travels to downtown Nashville on Thursday, August 21st, for a tour of two departments of the Federal Reserve: the Cash Department and Payment Services/Check Department. Participants will also view a shot video on the history of the Federal Reserve. After the tour, lunch will be served in the Federal Reserve Cafeteria consisting of an entrée, vegetables, salad and dessert. Don’t miss this interesting trip!
The cost is $12.00 per person and is all inclusive. Check-in time the day of the trip begins at 8:30 a.m. with an estimated return time of 1:00 p.m. All transportation is provided by motor coach and will leave from the Franklin Recreation Complex located at 1120 Hillsboro Rd., Franklin. Space is limited!
To register, call 790-5719, ext. 10 beginning at 9:00 a.m. on or after the first registration date. You must speak with a receptionist in order to make a reservation. You may also register in person. Williamson County residents may register between August 1st and August 18th. Non-residents are welcome to register between August 6th and August 18th.
Reservations must be paid within 5 days of registration in order to be held. Payment may be received by mail, over the phone or in person (credit card purchases must be over $20.00 and will include a small processing fee) and are non-refundable after the final registration date; unless, the seat is filled from the waiting list. Participants may register up to 1 additional person for each trip.
