Parents Night Out
Sperry’s Restaurant and The Children’s Playroom have made it a little easier, especially on the wallet, for Nashville parents to enjoy a night out.
Starting Aug. 4, any parent who drops their child off at The Children’s Playroom will receive a $10 coupon to Sperry’s Restaurant, and after parents redeem the coupon at Sperry’s they’ll receive a $5 coupon for The Children’s Playroom. It’s a double rewards program that offers parents a more affordable night out without the hassle of planning.
“As a parent, I know how hard it can be to plan a night out without the kids. By joining forces with The Children’s Playroom, we have made it easier for our customers to get out and have a night for themselves,” said Al Thomas, owner of Sperry’s Restaurant. “The Children’s Playroom is a wonderful childcare service that has been serving the Nashville area since 1999, and parents can feel confident that the kids will enjoy their time away just as much parents are enjoying their dinner at Sperry’s.”
The Children’s Playroom operates at two locations: 5133 Harding Pike and 330 Franklin Road, which are conveniently located near both Sperry’s locations in Cool Springs and Belle Meade. The drop-in childcare service operates seven days a week, and can open early or stay late by request. Childcare rates are $8 per hour for the first child and $2 for each additional child, regardless of age.
“We’re happy to partner with Sperry’s, and hope that parents will take advantage of this offer,” said Gini Langham, owner of The Children’s Playroom. “This is an easy way to keep the planning out of those spur-of-the-moment dinners throughout the week. It takes the difficulty out of finding a sitter and figuring out where to eat. It’s a win-win for parents who are looking to have a nice evening out while keeping a little more cash in their wallet.”
