Westhaven 5K Memory Run

Join the Westhaven 5K Memory Run to raise awareness and funds for the Alzheimer’s Association®
Join us on for our 2nd Annual 5K Memory Run and Kids’ Fun Run to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association. Runners and walkers of all ages are welcome. This event accepts day-of race registrations. Same day registration is 6:30-7:30 a.m. The Race begins at Westhaven Residents’ Club. Saturday, April 9, 2022. The 5K starts at 8 a.m. The Kids Fun Run starts at 9 a.m. Packet Pick Up will be on Friday, April 8 at the Westhaven Residents’ Club from 4-8 p.m.
Funds raised through participation in this event will support the Alzheimer’s Association’s annual DIY fundraising initiative called The Longest Day (TLD) (alz.org/TLD). Participants in The Longest Day are encouraged to choose an activity or hobby they love to do, and turn it into an event to raise awareness and money for the Alzheimer’s Association. Activities for The Longest Day happen all year, but efforts culminate on June 20 — the Summer Solstice — which also takes place during Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month.
