Williamson County Association of Realtors® offers a wide variety of courses to enhance your business in a state-of-the-art training facility. All of our instructors are experts in their field. To register or learn more about our upcoming course offerings, click here.
WCAR is an approved Real Estate School as designated by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission. We offer courses with continuing education credit and professional development classes. Our series, called Realtor® Academy, is held the second Thursday of every month. Chosen by the WCAR Education Committee, these classes are intended to help the new Realtor® get started but are also beneficial and valuable training for any licensee.
The goal of the Williamson County Association of Realtors® education program is to provide for the continuing education needs of Realtors® and to provide knowledge that enhances their business as professionals in the real estate industry.
Cancellation policy: Written cancellation of any class must be provided at least 24 hours in advance. Upon cancellation notice, reimbursement will be mailed within ten business days. Please be sure to include mailing address. Notice with less than 24 hours will be considered the same as a no-show, and the class fee will not be returned.
