The 2023 Sizzle Awards Winners Gala and Photo Gallery
Presented by FranklinIs, The Annual Sizzle Awards Gala was held on March 28th at Liberty Hall in The Factory at Franklin to celebrate Williamson County’s best businesses of 2023! The Sizzle Awards is Williamson County, TN’s original, largest, and only not-for-profit best business awards, giving the public a voice and businesses a chance to promote themselves.
The Factory at Franklin’s Liberty Hall was adorned from floor to ceiling with banners, string lights, and decorations, while guests arrived dressed in their best business-casual attire. Hundreds of attendees filtered through the doors of Liberty Hall and excitedly mingled among one another, awaiting the reveal of The 2023 Sizzle Awards winners! This year’s vendors saw packed lines as attendees were provided with a variety of free local food and drinks! With food options featuring Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, Amerigo, Tito’s Mexican Restaurant, Ground, Serrato’s Steakhouse, and Party Fowl, there was something for every taste pallet! Drink options included Leiper’s Fork Distillery, Barrels & Brews, Arrington Vineyards, Tennessee Brew Works, and Franklin Wine & Spirits.
Once everyone was seated with food and drink, the ceremony began with FranklinIs CEO Ken Royer welcoming guests and introducing Dr. Brent Hutchinson, Executive Director of Davis House. Proceeds from this year’s The Sizzle Awards Gala benefited Davis House, a nonprofit organization providing trauma-informed care to children in our community who have been victims of abuse.
Soon, the winners’ announcements commenced and everyone in attendance listened in anticipation. The awards have been a tradition since 2006 and the Williamson County community showed up and showed out for the return of The Sizzle Awards Gala! With approximately 400k votes, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners were announced and celebrated with plaques and certificates recognizing their achievements. First place winners in each category were invited on stage to receive their plaques and get pictures taken with their award! There wasn’t an unhappy face in the audience as everyone supportively cheered on their peers from start to finish.
