Fall is here and it’s time for Halloween crafts at the Longview Recreation Center at Spring Hill, 2909 Commonwealth Drive in Spring Hill. HALLOWEEN CERAMICS
Little ghosts and goblins age 3 to 10 are invited to paint their very own Halloween ceramic figures. There will be lots of ghoulish fun and even glow-in-the-dark paint. Ceramics will meet on Tuesday, October 14th, from 9am-9:45am OR 5pm-5:45pm. The class fee is $5. To register, call the Longview Recreation Center at Spring Hill, (615)302-0971, ext. 10.
STUFF-N-FLUFF TRICK-OR-TREAT
Stuff-n-fluff a new plush pal to join you on Halloween as you trick-or-treat. Choose from an assortment of unstuffed animals and bring your pal to life. Wish upon a rainbow star, name it with a birth certificate, dress it in a costume (additional fee) and decorate a take-home bag. Workshop includes autumn themed stories and songs.
Ages 2 to 5 (parent must participate): Friday, October 24th, 10am-11am.
Ages 5 to 12: Sunday, October 26th, 1:30pm-2:30pm. Cost: $8, plus supply fee of $10; additional $5 to $15 for costumes. Longview Recreation Center, 302-0971, ext. 10.
