Senior Lifestyle Enrichment

The Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department’s Senior Division is now accepting registration for its Lifestyle Enrichment Series. The series will provide educational sessions for seniors 55 and up that will be informative and enhance healthy lifestyle choices. A variety of topics will be discussed including nutrition, living with arthritis and stress reduction. These FREE workshops, hosted by healthcare professionals, will offer seniors an opportunity to gain valuable information on improving their overall quality of life.
 
Participants are welcome to join the workshop series at any time and will receive an attendance card to be marked for each workshop attended. Participants who attend 10 or more sessions will be awarded a 10 visit pass to either Aquamotion or Power Tools Fitness classes at the Longview Recreation Center at Spring Hill and the Franklin Recreation Complex. Participants who attend 5 to 10 sessions will be awarded a 5 visit pass to either Aquamotion or Power Tools Fitness classes at the above listed facilities. The Lifestyle Enrichment Series will be offered March – May 15th at the Longview Recreation Center at Spring Hill, located at 2909 Commonwealth Drive, and the Franklin Recreation Complex, 1120 Hillsboro Road.
