Williamson County has many recreational centers to help you meet your fitness goals in the new year. Recreation Centers promote an active and healthy community. In fact, maintaining an active lifestyle is a strong foundation for a happy and healthy life. A recent survey showed that adults under 65 years-old who exercise regularly can save thousands in medical costs annually. Williamson County has eight recreation centers throughout the county where you can find group fitness classes, walking trails, indoor and outdoor pools, youth programs, small group training, as well as many other wellness opportunities.

1. Franklin Recreation: fitness center, classes, indoor and outdoor pools, two-court gymnasium, two racquetball courts, indoor walking tracks, arts and crafts classes, therapeutic recreation and senior activities. Franklin Rec also has outdoor sand volleyball courts, soccer fields, outdoor pavilions, access to the Harpeth River, a playground and splash pad.
2. Indoor Sports Complex: Multi-Court Gymnasium, 50+ Meter Indoor Olympic Competition/Training Pool, five indoor tennis courts, group fitness, outdoor pickleball courts, multipurpose room, Brentwood splash park.
3. Longview Recreation: Two-court gymnasium, wellness center, indoor and outdoor pools, group fitness, arts and crafts classrooms, game rooms, indoor walking track, dance studio and multipurpose classrooms. Longview also has outdoor tennis and pickleball courts.
4. Nolensville: Features a wellness center, gymnasium, outdoor pool, locker rooms, meeting spaces, dance studio, arts and crafts rooms, small group training and cycle room as well as a group fitness room.
