Free Fitness Open House at Fairview Recreation Complex

The Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department invites you to a free celebration event for the new walking trail at the Fairview Recreation Complex, 2714 Fairview Blvd. on Saturday, January 10^th.  From 9:30 a.m. to noon, there will be a Fitness Open House. The Wellness Center (18 and older) will be open inside the facility, and free sample classes will be offered in Jazzercise, Junior Jazzercise (ages 5 to 11), Self Defense/Cardio, Gymnastics, Yoga, Scale Down, Kids’ Ballroom Dance and Adult Ballroom Dance. Staff members will be on hand to answer fitness questions and door prizes will be given. This free family event is sponsored by Fifth Third Bank and all ages are welcome.

At noon, a Fun Run/Walk will take place on the new outdoor walking trail to kick off the formation of a new Kids’ Country Music Marathon team, sponsored by Williamson County Parks and Recreation.
