Williamson County Parks and Recreation (WCPR) is partnering with Chicago Kite to host WCPR’s Kite Festival on Sunday, March 8, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Franklin Recreation Complex, 1120 Hillsboro Rd., Franklin, TN. Mark your calendars so you won’t miss this FREE family event.
* Due to the limited parking spaces we have at the Franklin Recreation Complex, we highly encourage patrons to park over by Cheek Park (located behind Franklin High School). We will have transportation that can shuttle patrons to and from the event.
