Spring Equinox Spa Day

The day begins with a welcome to the farm tour followed by Morning Yoga in our beautiful movement studio. Then, enjoy a warm cup of herbal tea and snack before settling into a sound bath meditation. The afternoon is open space for you to lunch at Sojourner, explore outside, and soak in the spa. A 60 minute massage or facial is included, please call the spa to book at 615-721-7830. Hot tea, spa water and house made snacks are provided. Lunch is not included, and reservations are encouraged as space is limited.
