Leigh Funderburk will show you how to feed your starter, mix your dough, pan it out (loaf/rolls) or roll it out (cinnamon rolls), and then bake it to perfection….every step. It’s an easy recipe for success and takes only 48 hours to get that irresistible flavor. You will be able to taste-test sourdough bread and cinnamon rolls in the class plus talk about some variations with the flour and ingredients (like herbs).
