Williamson County Parks & Recreation – Arts & Crafts for Teens & Adults
In this 3-hour quilling workshop, you will learn several basic paper quilling techniques as you make up to 2 quilled snowflakes. All paper and quilling tools will be provided by the instructor. A $10.00 supply fee is due to the instructor at the start of class.
