My Friend’s House is a group home serving neglected, abused, or at-risk boys, ages 12-18, in State custody by offering a home-like environment with a balance of safety, structure, encouragement, care and expectations. Our mission continues in advocating for each resident that they be given the opportunity to recover from their adverse situation and become successful young adults.

Held in Franklin, the Mardi Gras Ball is one of the premier events in Williamson County and the signature fundraiser for My Friend’s House. Our court couples, board members, staff, and even the boys all work toward making Mardi Gras Ball an unforgettable experience for all that attend. The evening commences with a lively, Mardi-Gras-like parade entrance and includes top-notch entertainment, first-class cuisine, an informative program, the revealing of the MGB King and Queen, and culminates, of course, with dancing throughout the night.
