– Who: Families and bird enthusiasts of all ages!
What to Expect:
– Bird Identification tips: Discover simple yet effective methods for recognizing various bird species in their natural habitat.
– Feather Design: Learn about the fascinating structures of feathers and their purposes.
– Understand Local Conservation: Gain insights into how Williamson County’s stormwater regulations play a crucial role in protecting our beloved bird habitats.
Fun Activities for Kids:
– 🍲 “Eat Like a Bird” Snack: Kids will have the chance to create their own healthy snacks inspired by what birds eat!
– 🐦 Bird Feeder Craft: Let your creativity soar as you make bird feeders that you can take home to attract more birds to your yard.
– 📕 Nature Jounaling: Create a nature journal to record and describe what you see!
