Healthy Communities in Healthy Collaboration

Franklin—City of Franklin Mayor, Ken Moore invites community members to a Community Health Summit intended to educate, update and energize participants with regard to progress and challenges in serving our local communities. The summit will focus on matters of physical and behavioral health.  The Summit will promote unique efforts in our local communities that are innovative and are producing positive results.  Speakers and attendees will benefit from the sharing of best practices as well as making new meaningful contacts for further collaboration.   Local community leaders will be invited to share their expertise.  Challenges to further success will be identified and potential solutions will be proposed.
