On Friday, August 23rd, A Vintage Affair will host their 24th Annual Main Event. This year’s theme will be Havana Nights, which will be held at Liberty Hall at The Factory at Franklin. Guests will be asked to grab their fedora, sip a Mojito, and get ready to dance the night away. This lively, Cuban-inspired, tropical party theme promises an escape from the ordinary. Festivities begin with a VIP pre-party at 5:30 pm, where sponsors and guests are invited to enjoy champagne, signature cocktails, wine from our featured vintner, delicious hors d’oeuvres, fine Cuban cigars, live music, and a preview of auction items. Doors will open at 7pm for General Admission, where all guests will experience fabulous food from amazing local restaurants, select wines, whiskey, bourbon, and rum tastings, a silent auction, a wine auction, and a live auction, live music, dancing, and so much more!

For confirmation, there are two different tickets to attending our Havana Nights Event. One is to purchase a VIP Pre Party ticket for $150.00 which includes entrance to VIP and The Main Event! Or purchase a General Admission Ticket only for $125.00 for the Main Event only. General Admission price does not include admission into the VIP Preparty.

A Vintage Affair is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose fundraising efforts are quite unique. Each year, we focus our annual fundraising on the partnerships we forge with deserving beneficiary organizations within our community. Each organization our Executive Board of Directors selects is based in Williamson County and is devoted to serving women and children in need. Since its inception, A Vintage Affair has contributed $2.5 million dollars to local non-profit organizations. It is our honor to announce our Beneficiaries for 2024.
