We are a grassroots, non-profit organization and depend on the generosity of donors to help us fund our programs and operating budget. We’ll soon break ground on four new THDA CHDO homes and your partnership will help offset rising construction and land costs while granting the gift of home-ownership to our workforce and neighbors. All funds stay locally to enhance the downtown Franklin historic community. To make this mission possible, we will need to raise funds for the following:

• $70,000 – road constructions to allow access to two homes
• $532,000 – total land cost for all four homes.
• Update Technology Center
• Rehab Program (Average of 30 homes per year)
• Administrative & Operating Costs

We will be celebrating our HBA’s 18th Annual HBA Celebration Dinner at the Williamson County Ag Center. This is our largest fundraiser of the year. We will have an virtual interactive silent auction that you can compete with fellow patrons anywhere in the world. Live musically talent will be lead by the lovely Charles & Tanya Harris with an explosive performance. We will serve our special Uncle Nearest Cocktail drink partnered with Epic Beverages.
