Easy Meal Ideas
Baked Shrimp
You will need:
1 1/2 Cups of Flour
1 tsp of Tony’s Seasoning or Chili Pepper
1-2 Egg Whites
1/4 tsp of Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp of Frank’s Hot Sauce
1 tsp of Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp of Salt
1/4 tsp of Pepper
Ritz Crackers
In a shallow dish or bowl, combine 1/2 tsp of Tony’s Seasoning or Chili Pepper with 3/4 cup of Flour.
In a seperate bowl (the egg wash), combine 1 Egg White, 1/8 tsp of Salt, 1/8 tsp of Pepper, and a fews splashes of Frank’s Hot Sauce and Worcestershire Sauce. Wisk to combine.
In a plastic gallon size bag, combine 3/4 cup of flour, 1 tsp of Garlic Salt, 1/8 tsp of Salt, 1/8 tsp of Pepper and about 14-20 crushed up Ritz Crackers.
Place shrimp in 1st bowl and coat in flour mixture. Take shrimp out and dip into egg wash. Put all the shrimp into the plastic bag mixture and shake until covered. Place shrimp on a greased wire rack resting on a baking sheet.
Bake shrimp for 12-14 minutes at 450 degrees.
Garlic-Almond Green Beans
Heat 1 tsp of margerine or butter in a large skillet. Add green beans, a splash of olive oil and continue cooking them. After about 3-5 minutes add almond slivers and 1 tsp of garlic cloves.
