A Journey Through the Chakras

This workshop begins with 30-minutes of discussion exploring the esoteric principles of the chakra energy centers. We’ll then move through a 60-minute vinyasa flow designed to embody these energies within the body. Together, we’ll explore how these concepts connect to your own human experience, both on and off the mat.
