New Season, Fall Flavors!

Popular steakhouse celebrates fall with exciting menu options for Greater Nashville foodies

Franklin, TN – November 6, 2024 – Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille is thrilled to unveil stunning new additions to its menu, including mouthwatering dishes and handcrafted cocktails at Bar 79®. Known for giving its guests a truly Rare and Well Done® twist on classics, Perry’s Cool Springs is proud to enhance its beloved, award-winning menu with seasonal features, new seafood dishes, cuts of steaks and chops, desserts, expertly crafted cocktails, off-the-menu features and weekly specials.

Nashville-area foodies can look forward to enjoying new menu favorites and more, such as:

  • NEW Ahi Tuna Fillet Mignon: This sushi-grade, sesame-crusted ahi tuna steak is topped with miso umami butter and served alongside pickled cucumbers, furikake rice, and a colorful rainbow slaw.
  • NEW Seared Scallop Pasta: Five pan-seared scallops served with paccheri noodles tossed with a vegetable medley in a creamy Alfredo sauce, placed over a bed of San Marzano sauce
  • NEW Bacon Brittle & Cream: Shattered brittle made with bacon, roasted peanuts and small pieces of Perry’s Famous Pork Chop, served with creamy peanut butter ice cream with chunks of chocolate.
  • NEW Chocolate Jubilee Cake: Standing tall with ten layers of decadent “Blackout” cake, this dessert is a visual and flavorful masterpiece. Each layer is filled with dark chocolate buttercream, and iced in dark chocolate ganache, and paired with a tart cherry compote flamed tableside.

“Prepare to fall in love with these exciting flavors,” says Chef Rick Moonen, Perry’s Master Development Chef. “From the new Primal Flight featuring Perry’s Reserve Texas Akaushi Wagyu, returning seasonal favorites, and inviting dishes perfect for fall, we cannot wait for guests to join us and enjoy every bite.”

Perry’s Texas Akaushi Wagyu is family-raised on the Beeman Family Ranch by fifth-generation cattle ranchers. Originating from Kumamoto, Japan, Akaushi is all-natural Wagyu beef that provides a high source of healthy fat and is known for its exquisite marbling, tenderness, and rich, buttery flavor profile.

The restaurant, located at McEwen Northside, is serving its first greater Nashville-area location in Franklin, Tennessee. Perry’s Cool Springs brings impeccable ambiance, unique signatures, tableside experiences for DINE-IN guests, and exceptional service for TO-GO orders.

Perry’s is glad to announce Perry’s Bubbly Bublé as one of its newest signature cocktails to the Bar 79® mixology menu. Carefully crafted in collaboration with global superstar Michael Bublé, The Bubbly Bublé cocktail instantly became a fan-favorite after its limited-time summer debut. Perry’s seasonal cocktail additions include the Peachy Plane, a unique take on the classic Paper Plane, and the seasonal Figgy-Tini, a sophisticated twist on the classic martini.

Perry’s is also unveiling a new structure for its Social Hour 79 at Bar 79®, offering 7 select Bar Bites, 7 mixology cocktails and 7 standard pours of wine for $9 each, Sunday – Friday, 4 – 6:30 p.m. Named for the year in which Perry’s was founded as a humble butcher shop, Bar 79® offers a relaxing retreat fully stocked with the finest wines, artisan cocktails, craft beers and flavor-forward bar bites.
