Did you know Williamson County has its very own Community Band comprised of talented amateur musicians? Williamson County Parks and Recreation gladly supports the Williamson County Community Band as they kick off their 8th season on Sunday, April 6th at 3:00 p.m. with a free indoor concert at the Franklin Recreation Complex. Musician extraordinaire, Ken Krause directs this group of players, who range in age from high school student to senior citizen, as they play the classic sounds of great band music. Be a Community Band supporter! Join us for this “Coffee Concert” where you can sit back, relax and enjoy refreshments and great entertainment.
The Franklin Recreation Complex is located at 1120 Hillsboro Road in Franklin. For more information on the Community Band concert season, contact Laurie Kamunen at 790-5719, ext. 18.
