Operated by Williamson County Parks & Recreation, the Fairview Recreation Complex offers a comprehensive suite of amenities including a wellness center and gymnasium equipped with free weights, cardio machines, and group fitness rooms; arts & crafts and dance studios; general classrooms and meeting spaces; along with a game room and a senior lounge. 

Outdoors, visitors enjoy access to an outdoor swimming pool (operating seasonally, with specific summer hours and holiday exceptions like Labor Day), playground, soccer field, walking course, and KidsCare services.

The complex hosts year-round programming, spanning aquatics, athletics, arts & crafts, children’s birthday parties, dance and youth theatre, seniors and therapeutic services, pick-up sports, and special camps and celebrations.
