Upscale Clothier Oak Hall Opens 10,000 Sq. Ft. Store at McEwen Northside

Memphis-Based Retailer’s Third Store Is First to Open in District’s Newly Completed Block E

FRANKLIN, Tenn. (September 4, 2025) – Oak Hall, the storied fashion retailer known for its luxury labels and timeless style, is now open at McEwen Northside in Cool Springs. The 10,000-square-foot store anchors the ground floor of the mixed-use district’s new $125 million, nine-story addition.

Adjacent to McEwen Northside’s Central Park, Oak Hall offers a refined shopping experience for both men and women. The family-owned retailer brings an impressive lineup of designers, including Canali, Zegna, Atelier Munro, Billy Reid, Peter Millar, Samuelsohn, Ann Mashburn, Brochu Walker, Faherty, Vince and many more.

“Being at McEwen Northside gives us the opportunity to showcase Oak Hall’s signature mix of style and service in a setting that matches the level of experience we want for our customers,” said Oak Hall President Will Levy. “We’re excited to introduce Franklin to a collection that spans everything from everyday wear to special occasions.”

This is Oak Hall’s third location in Tennessee, adding to its flagship store in Memphis and its Nashville storefront, which opened in 2016.

“Welcoming a brand with the reputation and history of Oak Hall reflects the continued momentum of McEwen Northside as a destination for elevated retail experiences alongside Warby Parker, Vuori and Gorjana,” said Mark Traylor, partner and retail director at Boyle. “Oak Hall has been a valued Boyle tenant since 1996, and their expansion into McEwen Northside brings our long-standing partnership full circle while adding a new level of fashion to the district.”

Oak Hall joins a growing lineup of premier retail and dining destinations at McEwen Northside. Next door, Culinary Dropout, a popular gastropub concept from Fox Restaurant Concepts, is set to open on September 10, 2025. Hawkers Asian Street Food, a beloved restaurant serving up authentic Asian street food, will open on the ground floor of Block E in early 2026, further elevating the district’s appeal as a place to shop, dine and gather.

In celebration of the store’s grand opening, the Oak Hall team is planning exciting specials and pop-up events throughout the month of September. You can find the full lineup on the Oak Hall website. To stay in the know, follow McEwen Northside on Instagram or visit mcewennorthside.com.
