The Retreat at Norman Farm brings new homes to Hendersonville from the $330s
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Jones Company, a Nashville-based homebuilder, has announced a new Sumner County community, The Retreat at Norman Farm. The neighborhood contains 240 home sites and The Jones Company will be building their Inspiration Collection homes within the development.
The Retreat at Norman Farm is a unique addition to The Jones Company, as it boasts natural elements that stem from the land first owned by the Norman family of Hendersonville. Originally, the land held a pumpkin patch and local farmers market. In the next year, the land will be transformed into a gathering place with open space, walking trails and amenities for homeowners and community members. The Retreat at Norman Farm also contains a lake that will allow kayaking and paddle boarding. The natural lake is the perfect spot for fishing and will have multiple fishing piers. Norman Lake, which is onsite, has in recent years been stocked with fish by the TWRA, and it has most recently been the site of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee’s yearly fishing event.
