The Harpeth Hotel Named a Top Hotel in the South by Condé Nast Traveler
The Harpeth Hotel in downtown Franklin has been ranked among the Top 24 Hotels in the South in the 2025 Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards, earning an outstanding score of 98.49 and placing eighth overall.
Published October 7, 2025, the annual awards are based entirely on reader feedback. In the 38th annual survey, travelers cast votes, rating hotels on service, amenities, design, location, and overall guest experience. Because the results reflect guest votes rather than editorial selections, the Readers’ Choice Awards are considered one of the travel industry’s most respected honors.
This marks the second consecutive year The Harpeth Hotel has been recognized. Its top-ten placement among 25 Southern properties positions the downtown Franklin hotel alongside some of the region’s most highly regarded destinations.
