Perenn is open daily from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. From Thursday to Saturday, they are also open 5-9 p.m. for dinner service.
Now for what you’ve been waiting for: Perenn Bakery pancakes. In true artisanal fashion, the bakery’s pancakes are elevated. Their lemon ricotta stacks are made with whipped citrus butter, blueberry compote, and, of course, maple syrup. Another option straight from the griddle is their griddled banana bread, served with whipped butter, honeycomb, and maldon sea salt.

Stacked Express is a sister company of the famous Pancake Pantry, and is located in the food court of Cool Springs Galleria. The restaurant’s main focus is, of course, incredible pancakes, elevated with a touch of culinary creativity. Stacked Express is a fast-service restaurant and extremely kid-friendly, with ordering kiosks and a menu that extends even beyond the beloved breakfast food. Nashville’s Pancake Pantry is so popular that a line out the door every weekend is not just common, it’s expected; As an affiliate, Stacked Express is sure to bring similarly beloved flavors for a fraction of the wait time.
When it comes to pancakes, Stacked Express has almost everything under the sun. You can start by choosing a base pancake type (Old Fashioned Buttermilk, Santa Fe Cornmeal, or Sweet Potato). Then, you can choose from 19 different toppings, including but not limited to fruit compote, berries, chocolate ganache, Nutella, and powdered sugar. Keep in mind that toppings, sans powdered sugar and cinnamon, are an addition $1-1.75, though base prices start low to combat additional costs!
Puckett’s
Puckett’s began in the 1950s as a little country store in Leiper’s Fork. Since then, the brand has expanded to the restaurant chain known and loved, primarily for their Southern comfort food and regularly hosted live music shows. Their mouthwatering menu includes meat and 3 specials, barbeque, and, of course, homestyle breakfast classics (pancakes included). The restaurant is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
As far as pancakes go, The Leiper’s Fork Favorite meal comes with 3 buttermilk pancakes, 2 eggs, and a choice of bacon or sausage. And it doesn’t stop there! At Puckett’s, pancake mix-in options include strawberries, blueberries, bananas, chocolate chips, toasted pecans, and even sweet potato. McGavock’s Coffee Bar & Provisions
McGavock’s Coffee Bar & Provisions is located at The Harpeth Hotel in Downtown Franklin. McGavock’s also serves lunch, with featured gourmet salads and artisanal sandwiches.
