Seniors to Visit Patti’s Restaurant

The Franklin Recreation Complex invites seniors (ages 55 & older) to enjoy a day trip to Patti’s Restaurant in Grand Rivers, Kentucky, on Thursday, January 29th. 
 
A part of Patti’s 1880s Settlement, a historic log cabin village in western Kentucky, Patti’s Restaurant has been recognized as the #1 restaurant for tourism by the state of Kentucky and received a Blue Chip award from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. For lunch, diners will have a choice of Patti’s famous 2-inch pork chop, Don’s grilled chicken or prime rib. All dinners include a tossed salad, baked potato, homebaked flowerpot bread and choice of dessert.
 
Registration opens at 9:00am on January 9th and closes January 27th or when the trip is full. The cost is $38 per person and space is limited. The group will leave from the Franklin Recreation Complex at 8:30 a.m. on January 29th and return at 3:30 p.m. Travel will be by comfortable motorcoach and the cost includes the lunch at Patti’s and all transportation.
 
Registration for the trip may be made in person or by speaking with the receptionist at (615)790-5719, ext. 10 (credit card purchases must be over $20 and will include a small processing fee). No messages allowed. To hold a reservation, payment must be received within 5 days of the initial registration.

Payments may be mailed or made in person at the Franklin Recreation Complex, 1120 Hillsboro Road, Franklin, TN, 37064.   Payment may be received by mail, over the phone or in person and is non-refundable after the final registration date unless the seat is filled from the waiting list. Participants may register up to 1 additional person for each trip.
