Watch out Franklin runners, there is another 5k coming your way!
Just when you thought the 5k from the Franklin Classic was over, there is another chance for you to sport your runningabilities. The City of Franklin is hosting a 5k benefit run for United Way.
On Sept. 29, join hundreds of other participants and run through the streets of downtown Franklin at night! The 5k run begins at 9:05 p.m. The Night-Crawler 3k walk begins at 9:35 p.m.
Pre-registration fees include the following:
$20 per individual
$15 for children (12 and under)
$50 family organizations (up to four)
$10 all walkers
After 9/15 each fee increases by $5.
All of the proceeds will benefit United Way. Checks should be made payable to The City of Franklin.
