84th Annual Academy Award winners. The big awards went to the following:
- Best Picture: The Artist (Thomas Langmann, Producer)
- Actor in a Leading Role: Jean Dujardin (The Artist)
- Actress in a Leading Role: Meryl Streep (The Iron Lady)
- Directing: The Artist (Michel Hazanavicius)
