New Brentwood Restaurant, Karrington Rowe, Celebrates Opening with Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

On a cold January evening, Brentwood community members gathered at Karrington Rowe, the area’s newest restaurant concept, for a ribbon cutting ceremony owners are hopeful will mark the legacy of the restaurant for years to come.

“We want this to be a place where people make memories with their families 20 or 30 years down the line,” announced managing partner Sean Lyons, who emphasized community connection as the driving force behind Up Hospitality, the restaurant group behind Karrington Rowe. “It means nothing without connection.”

Up Hospitality is a Nashville based company that also partners with beloved staples in the city: Germantown Cafe and Park Cafe. The company, led by partners G.R. Boone, Sean Lyons, and partner and Executive Chef Jeffrey Martin—affectionately referred to as “Cheffrey” by friends and staff—aims to combine excellent cuisine with a strong sense of community, celebrating the culture and heritage of Nashville and Williamson County through exceptional dining experience.

A restaurant in Williamson County has been a long time coming for the group, and Up Hospitality aims to immerse themselves in the communities surrounding their dining rooms, a feat already being accomplished at their Nashville locations. An excellent start was made in Brentwood on January 23rd. The ribbon cutting ceremony, attended by several Brentwood commissioners and community members, was filled with cheering and toasting to the advent of a new gathering place.

Karrington Rowe is located at 330 Franklin Rd. Ste. 913D in Brentwood Place Shopping Center. The restaurant, which is open for lunch and dinner—with an imminent brunch menu—offers upscale dining at reasonable prices.

For Williamson County residents, it’s the perfect spot to spend a nice evening out without having to venture into downtown Nashville. In its third week, Karrington Rowe is already set to be a new hot spot. The restaurant seats about 130 people, and is the perfect place for a business lunch, birthday dinner, happy hour, or a romantic date. Staff have begun preparing for a Valentine’s day rush, with reservations already filling up for February 14th.

Though you could find yourself in your finest date night clothes over candlelight at Karrington Rowe on the most romantic night of the year, the overall restaurant concept can be described as both high-end and casual. The dining room is well-spaced and classy, with a mixture of traditional and modern charm made distinct by warm lighting and rich shades of blue. Karrington Rowe is the kind of place where you can wear a sport coat or jeans, or both at the same time. The versatility allows for customers to choose the dining experience they’d like to have; You could saddle up to the beautiful, marble countertop bar to watch a game on one of the televisions, or tuck into a booth for intimate conversation. Either way, it is a  beautiful space to enjoy great food and better company.
