José Andrés Group to Debut in Nashville Exclusively at W Nashville in 2026
José Andrés Group (JAG) is thrilled to announce that it is bringing its award-winning culinary creativity to Nashville with multiple new restaurant and bar experiences opening at W Nashville in early 2026.
“Nashville has this incredible spirit…the music, the people, the energy. Of course, people know it as a music city, but more and more I think we can call it an amazing food city, too! There’s a real culinary movement happening here, and we’re so proud to become a part of it.” – José Andrés
For their debut in the Nashville market, José Andrés Group is happy to share the arrival of several beloved concepts – Zaytinya, Bar Mar, and Butterfly – to W Nashville. Beyond these restaurants, guests can look forward to a reimagined food + beverage concept at WET Deck, relaunching with an expanded bar and refreshed outdoor space designed for a day-to-night experience. Additionally, a new premium José Andrés Group banquet + catering menu will be introduced, bringing the group’s signature culinary excellence to elevate events and celebrations at the hotel.
Sam Bakhshandehpour, Global CEO of José Andrés Group, shared, “Few cities blend booming growth with soul like Nashville – and partnering with W Nashville offered the ultimate stage to share our creations with a city where music, food, and creativity come together in perfect harmony. The hotel’s design and spaces offered the perfect canvas for our creations. Choosing to start our next chapter in Nashville felt natural – it’s a place that celebrates authenticity, and that’s exactly what we plan to bring to the table.”
“W Nashville has always been a place where bold design, elevated experiences, and local culture collide, and our partnership with José Andrés Group takes that vision to the next level,” said Christopher Cannon, General Manager of W Nashville. “We’re honored to welcome such iconic culinary concepts to our hotel and to the city. From Zaytinya’s vibrant Mediterranean flavors to the rooftop energy of Butterfly, these new venues will not only redefine dining in the Gulch, they’ll become part of the rhythm of Nashville itself.”
Introducing José Andrés Group To Nashville
Zaytinya brings a vibrant Mediterranean culinary journey to Nashville, featuring a menu rooted in the rich culinary traditions of Turkey, Greece and Lebanon. Locals and visitors will be introduced to an elevated mezze dining experience that blends authentic and original dishes, dramatic design and warm hospitality. Zaytinya is an award-winning concept originally launched in DC over 20 years ago, with additional locations in New York City, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and South Beach.
José Andrés Group is also set to open Bar Mar, showcasing brilliant renditions of seafood classics as well as JAG’s iconic, globally-inspired meat selections – further solidifying the restaurant as the first of its kind in Nashville. This dynamic restaurant celebrates the bounty of the sea, with modern takes on dishes that you know and love, festive cocktails and a bright, beautiful atmosphere that interweaves the nautical with the elegant. This will be the second location of Bar Mar, with the original located in Chicago.
A recently launched concept by JAG, Butterfly, will quickly become Nashville’s go-to cocktail lounge and premier rooftop destination. Located on the 13th floor of W Nashville, Butterfly will feature nearly 360-degree sweeping views of the city, a clean selection of agave spirits, and light bites such as ceviches and tacos in a high-energy atmosphere.
