Joe Leathers and Nicole Witt Headline 19 Miles to Music Row on May 6

On Tuesday, May 6, 19 Miles to Music Row welcomes award-winning songwriting duo Joe Leathers and Nicole Witt to the stage.
Joe Leathers, known for his Memphis roots and vivid storytelling, has penned hits like “Save The Roses” (Lee Brice), “Hemingway’s Whiskey” (Kenny Chesney), and “Tough” (Craig Morgan), with additional cuts recorded by Tim McGraw, Trace Adkins, and others. Nicole Witt, a nationally touring artist and multi-instrumentalist, is celebrated for her soaring melodies and sharp lyrics, with songs recorded by George Strait, Rodney Atkins, Lauren Alaina, and more.
Together, Leathers and Witt bring a night of heartfelt performances and the stories behind some of country music’s biggest songs.
Doors open at 6 pm, and the show begins at 6:30 pm at Franklin First United Methodist Church. Admission is free with open seating — bring a friend and enjoy a night out in the heart of Franklin!
19 Miles to Music Row is the largest ongoing writers round in the nation and the only writers night in Franklin where developing artists can hone their skills and perfect their craft in front of music industry professionals. Each month, three emerging artists perform three songs each, followed by a showcase from a seasoned songwriter performing their biggest hits.
