Country Pop Singer Walker Hayes Wowed Guests with Surprise Performance

FRANKLIN, TENN. – The Heritage Foundation of Williamson County, TN sold out 52nd annual Heritage Ball held at the Bicentennial Park Pavilion in Franklin. Debbie and Bo Segers Chaired the event and Ed and SuSu Silva served as Honorary Chairs. Tractor Supply Foundation and United Communications were presenting sponsors of the Ball. The Late Party Chairs were Mica and Will Clark and was sponsored by Tennessee Equine Hospital.

Heritage Foundation President and CEO Bari Beasley said, “I’m delighted that this year’s Heritage Ball sold out and was so well attended including about a dozen political figures in Williamson County. I want to give special thanks to our dedicated chairs, committed sponsors and participants for making this an epic year! The Heritage Foundation is stronger than ever and it’s heartwarming to know the organization is preserving our history for generations to come.”

The Foundation plays such an important role in preserving what makes this community so special, and the Heritage Ball is one of the highlights of the year. The cocktail reception featured the Official Jewelry Partner Diamond Cellar where guests could enjoy an array of exceptional jewelry. Leiper’s Fork Distillery had a display to sell commemorative Heritage Ball bottles of bourbon and whiskey.

The Patron Award went to longtime Franklin residents and passionate volunteers Kay and Bob Musgrove as well as Hunter Jones for championing the next generation of preservation. This award recognizes exceptional leadership and significant contributions to historic preservation efforts in Williamson County.

Flavor Catering served a starter course of Prosciutto wrapped asparagus and the entrée was Filet Mignon, charred broccolini and butternut squash risotto. Pumpkin cheesecake with brown butter marshmallow cream and coffee were served for dessert.

The Heritage Ball is the longest running black-tie affair in Williamson County. Each year, approximately 700 guests gather to support and celebrate the work of the Heritage Foundation and to raise funds for future preservation projects. In addition to a seated dinner and dancing, the ball featured a cocktail hour, silent auction, a Late Party and other fundraising opportunities.
