Cool Springs Wines & Spirits presented the 3rd Annual Franklin Wine Festival in the Factory at Franklin.  Proceeds from this event will allow Big Brothers Big Sisters to reach more than 1,800 children in Middle Tennessee.  Check out the FranklinIs party pics, below!
