Fairview Family Night with Howard Pink and His Musical Garden Hoses

The Williamson County Parks and Recreation’s Fairview Complex hosts “Family Night” with Howard Pink and His Musical Garden Hoses on Friday, February 9th from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  Musician, Howard Pink astounds his audience with singing, storytelling and musical magic while he weaves a fascinating history of the development of the French Horn.  Families and friends can also enjoy listening to his eclectic collection of bizarre instruments including a conch shell, cow’s horn, Kudu horn, 15’ wooden Alphorn, plastic soda straws, hunting horns of old and his famous green garden hoses.  Mr. Pink’s fast paced, entertaining and educational show of “horns” will leave your ears buzzing with new sounds.  Cost is $6.00 per person, which includes dinner prior to the show.  Kids ages 2 and younger are free.  Don’t miss this exceptional family event!

 

Reservations are required, with pre-payment mandatory in order to ensure the proper food order.  Make your reservation no later than Wednesday, February 7th by calling 799-9331.  The Fairview Recreation Complex is located at 2714 Fairview Boulevard in Fairview.
