Cocktail Bar Cultivar to Open in Germantown Late 2025
Set to open in Germantown later this year, Cultivar is a thoughtfully curated neighborhood bar grown from the ground up by four of Nashville’s finest in the industry: James Beck, Nic Berry, Vinny Maniscalo, and Storm Sheler. Offering guests a glimpse into a different world, the bar will be set in a historic craftsman home filled with lush botanicals and an immersive hi-fi experience.
A technique-driven menu echoes the energy of its name and space: vibrant, nuanced, and intentionally cultivated with a lineup of signature cocktails that are herbal-focused, bright, balanced, and created with keen attention to detail. Equally thoughtful non-alcoholic offerings will remain a permanent fixture on the menu, and the food program will center around a creative mix of cheeses, cured meats, pickled vegetables, and local bread sourced from neighborhood purveyors.
Taking cues from the world of botany, the light-filled space will boast verdant hues for a cozy and relaxing respite from the everyday, and will bring an unparalleled listening experience with custom acoustic treatments in partnership with GIK Acoustics.
At its heart, Cultivar is a bar by bartenders – a space rooted in community, where regulars are known by name and new faces are welcomed warmly.
