‘CHALK IT UP’ Art Show
‘Chalk it Up’ Art Show is a collaborative art event between the Arts Council of Williamson County (ACWC) and Wholy Crepe, benefitting ACWC’s Children’s Art Programming. The event is scheduled for June 22, from 10 am to 4 pm.
The show will consist of artist and their booths lining Meridian Blvd., at the Meridian Office Complex in Cool Springs off Carothers Pkwy. A variety of art by talented artists, food by local restaurants and live music will provide enjoyment for everyone. Also, there will be artists of all ages creating chalk art using the sidewalks as their canvas. All chalk artists will be competing for prizes. If you haven’t already signed up for the sidewalk chalk art competition, you can do so at the show! Come watch the artists in action and see who takes home the prizes. Home Depot is sponsoring children’s activities in their Kids Corner too!
The Arts Council of Williamson County (ACWC), a nonprofit 501(c)(3) service organization, is a catalyst for the enrichment of cultural life in the county by funding, promoting and expanding the arts.
