Solidcore is a high-intensity, low-impact strength training workout that focuses on slow, controlled movements to build full-body strength—especially the core. Classes are performed on a custom resistance-based machine inspired by Pilates reformers, but the workout is more intense and strength-driven than traditional Pilates.
Each class targets the arms, legs, glutes, and core using constant tension, minimal momentum, and precise form. Movements are intentionally slow to maximize muscle engagement, improve stability, and create muscle fatigue without high impact on the joints. Solidcore is designed for all fitness levels, with coaches offering hands-on cues and modifications throughout class.
