Orangetheory is based on the five heart rate training zones. Unlike high-intensity interval training (HIIT), you adjust your level of effort during the workout based on what your heart is telling you. Heart rate zone training allows Orangetheory coaches to deliver a more personalized experience for you. What’s more, our coaches draw upon their experience in group fitness classes to ensure members of all fitness levels and abilities can be successful and continually challenge themselves for more results.
