Our mission is to nourish and connect people on a more meaningful level and our aim is to source the best ingredients for our prepared foods and to carefully hand select items for our retail shelves. Purchasing local, seasonal and top-quality ingredients is of the utmost importance. We believe that food naturally brings people together and creating a gathering place that allows our guests to purchase a freshly baked loaf of bread or a deliciously prepared pastry, sandwich, soup or salad should be an uplifting experience. Downtown Franklin is a special place. It’s authentic and as such it needs an authentic place to eat.
