Based on the cuisine found along its namesake—Interstate 55 that runs from Memphis to New Orleans—55 South is a local restaurant led by Chef Jason McConnell. 55 South serves up flavors straight from The Delta, putting a New Orleans twist on classic Southern flavors. The restaurant has two Williamson County locations, in downtown Franklin and in Brentwood. Their menu features favorites such as raw oysters, po’boys, Nashville hot chicken, brisket tacos, and more.
