Brooke and Steve Giannetti Celebrate New Book “Patina Homes & Gardens” at Release Party

November 15 Event Hosted By Luxe Interiors + Design’s Jill Cohen

Leiper’s Fork, Tenn. (Oct. 30, 2024) – The release of “Patina Homes & Gardens,” the fifth book from Brooke and Steve Giannetti, will be celebrated at a book release party, 1-5 p.m., CST, Nov. 15 at 4149 Old Hillsboro Rd, Leiper’s Fork, Tenn. The event will be hosted by Jill Cohen, editor in chief of “Luxe Interiors + Design.”

With Steve as architect and Brooke as interior designer, the couple is celebrated for their signature “Patina” style.  The new book showcases seven family homes that reveal the transformative power of design in everyday life.  These recent collaborations invite readers into the beauty of the homes created by The Giannettis. Focused on transformative journeys with their clients, the authors share tales of transition, expressing dreams and aspirations that come to life within the walls of these new homes.

“It is an honor to share our Patina style of architecture and design in this new book,” Brooke said. “In our work, Steve and I offer a sanctuary where comfort, nature, and individuality converge in perfect harmony. We hope ‘Patina Homes & Gardens’ will inspire readers to cultivate a sense of serenity and a deeper connection with the natural world. This is the place we thrive.”

In the book, Brooke and Steve also put forth their own narrative of starting anew, along with their daughter Leila, near Leiper’s Fork, Tennessee, with a focus on their remodeled 1850s-era log cabin homestead enveloped by picturesque gardens. Through evocative photographs and personal anecdotes, the Giannettis present insight into the Patina approach, where a reverence for history, a personal connection to nature, and a sense of peacefulness converge to shape the character of a distinctive home.

Whether traditional, modern, Spanish revival, English country, Tudor, or farmhouse, Patina style makes each home unique. The journeys and homes shared here will ignite a sense of empowerment, encouraging readers to pursue their passions and design lives aligned with their true desires. The Nov. 15 book celebration is free and open to the public. The event will feature music by Abigail Rose, cocktails by Blacklion Vodka and small bites by Bezoe.
