Benefit Dance in Leiper’s Fork Features Barbecue, Live Music and Auction
The Betty Jean Pratt Benefit Dance will be held at the Hillsboro/Leiper’s Fork Community Center, 5331 Old Highway 96, from 5 to 9 p.m., August 25th in the historic village of Leiper’s Fork.
Dance music will be provided by the live music of Al Perkins & HiPower, preceded by Jeff Steinberg & Margaret Rose, Chris Janson & Holly Williamsand MORE! Feast on SmokN Joe’s Bar-B-Q and plan on shopping the silent auction with its variety of gift certificates and items from the Leiper’s Fork community and beyond.
All the fun is to honor and assist one of Hillsboro/Leiper’s Fork’s finest citizens who is battling cancer and is burdened by high medical bills not covered by her health insurance. Suggested admission donation of $5. No alcohol or tap shoes allowed.
