Better Business Bureau Warns Consumers of “F” Rated Businesses
Better Business Bureau of Middle TN and Southern KY is providing consumers with a list of businesses to avoid. These businesses were identified as offering services and products that have resulted in numerous complaints. These complaints are due to misleading ads and offers, unsatisfactory services, and misrepresented products. Each business identified has been contacted by BBB concerning their business practices, unresolved customer complaints, and failure to discontinue the cause of customer complaints.
“The best way for consumers to protect themselves against bad businesses is to check a company out on BBB.org,” said Robyn Householder, President & CEO of Better Business Bureau Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky. “Before signing a contract or utilizing a company’s services, slow down and do your research.”
Better Business Bureau is encouraging consumers to avoid Hunter’s Lodge, Nashville Wholesale Studio, and All in US moving services.
Hunter’s Lodge – BBB Rating: F

Pattern of Complaints:
Hunter’s Lodge provides historical firearms and military accouterments. This company has a pattern of complaints alleging delivery issues and product issues. Specifically, consumers alleged the company failed to provide delivery of products in a timely manner, if at all. In addition, concerns were voiced that items ordered were misrepresented as authentic; there were multiple references to receiving cheaply made “knock-offs” instead of what was advertised. Almost all the complainants indicated that representatives were unresponsive to both email and phone inquiries. In the rare instance when a consumer was able to reach someone, promises of delivery were made but not kept.
On March 2, 2020, BBB sent certified correspondence to the company to request their voluntary cooperation in resolving the unanswered complaints as well as their cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaints; however, the company failed to respond.
Hunter’s Lodge currently has 19 unanswered complaints.

Pattern of Complaints:
Nashville Wholesale Studio has a pattern of complaints alleging delivery and refund/exchange issues. Specifically, consumers alleged items have not shipped. When consumers attempt to contact the business, consumers report they are receiving no email reply and no Facebook response. Additionally, consumers report that when they attempted to track their order, they found no evidence that the order had ever been shipped.
On November 23, 2020 BBB contacted the company to request their voluntary cooperation in eliminating the pattern of a complaint. However, the business failed to respond. We received returned mail from the current mailing address used by the company.
Nashville Wholesale Studio currently has 88 unanswered complaints.
All in US Moving Services- BBB Rating: F

Pattern of Complaints:
All in US Moving Services has a pattern of complaints regarding contract/delivery issues. Specifically, consumers allege they contract this business to move their household items across state lines. They pay a deposit upfront before scheduling to have their items picked up, and either they are not picked up, or once their items are picked up, they are told they need to pay the balance and still do not receive their delivery. Consumers claim the business stops communicating once they receive their money.
On March 30, 2022, BBB contacted the company to request their voluntary cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaints; however, the business failed to respond.
The owner of All in US Moving Services, Andre Lampkin, is also listed in BBB files as the owner of L & M Mover Brokers. BBB maintains a separate Business Profile for L & M Mover Brokers that can be accessed by visiting BBB.org. L&M currently has a D+ rating.
All in US Moving Services currently has three unanswered complaints and one pending complaint.
