Ballroom Dance Classes
Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department announces the return of ballroom dance classes for adults and children to the Fairview Recreation Complex, 2714 Fairview Blvd.
KIDS’ BALLROOM DANCE
Kids will learn dance basics and the positive benefits of ballroom dancing including improved posture, coordination and socialization. Classes will be on Mondays, April 6th – 27th. Ages 7 to 10 years will meet from 5:15 p.m. to 6 p.m. and ages 11 to 14 years will meet from 6 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. The four-week session is $30. ADULT BALLROOM DANCE
Adults who are interested in learning the basics of ballroom dance will enjoy this 4-week course. Taught by both a male and female instructor, the class will include demonstrations and maximize one-on-one time with students. One smooth dance and one rhythm dance will be covered in each session. Adult Ballroom Dance meets on Thursdays, April 2nd – 23rd from 7 p.m. to 7:50 p.m. The course is $40 per person or $70 per couple. Instructors are Lee Crow and Jeff Gade.
The Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department is a public organization, here to benefit the community. No membership required.
