RUBY SUNSHINE CELEBRATES RIBBON CUTTINGAND GRAND OPENING TOMORROW!

New Downtown Franklin Restaurant to celebrate with New Orleans-food, flair and fun

New Orleans-inspired all-day brunch concept, Ruby Sunshine, invites the community to celebrate their successful opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony and festivities tomorrow, Tuesday, April 9 from 10 a.m. to noon. The event is open to the public and will feature a live band performing New Orleans-inspired music, as well as speeches made from local community leaders. There will be free samples provided from Ruby Sunshine partners Natalie’s Juice Company and French Truck Coffee. Twine Graphics will also be onsite screen-printing custom Ruby Sunshine shirts for the event, which the restaurant will give away for free while supplies last. A portion of Ruby Sunshine’s dine-in sales from the day will go to The Path Project, a Franklin-based nonprofit that helps at-risk youth on the path to graduation. The restaurant will remain open for business during the ceremony and encourages all diners to enjoy the festivities.

Located on the ground floor of the 231 Public Square Building, Ruby Sunshine is a new concept from Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group, the collective behind the acclaimed New Orleans-based eatery Ruby Slipper Café, offering twists on Southern brunch classics, including benedicts, pancakes, and French Toast, as well as eye-opening cocktails. Leading up to the opening on March 18, Ruby Sunshine hosted a community preview event, which raised over $4,515 for One Generation Away, helping to provide healthy food for families in Middle Tennessee.
